Learning, Development and Engagement Manager (1 year contract)
Job Description
The Learning, Development and Engagement Manager is responsible for the execution of Learning and Development programmes aligned with the global business vision, values and goals. You will work with the Human Resources team and various Managers to deliver energetic, engaging training programmes that meet the needs of the business, providing employees with meaningful career paths and the opportunity to meet their full potential.
Your playing field:
Will consist of
- Supporting the engagement and development of People Leaders and Managers through Leadership Development programs, trainings, individual development plans, coaching, mentoring, etc.
- Driving Talent Management strategies resulting in high employee retention.
- Elaborating and supporting the execution of High-Potential & High-Performance Identification frameworks.
- Developing Competency Frameworks, Career Progression plans, and Succession Planning frameworks.
- Partnering with HR Business Partners to guide and direct People Managers on the execution of Performance Management process and feedback meetings.
- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team and HRBPs to encourage internal mobility.
- Facilitating continuous learning through a variety of delivery methods including: classroom training, e-learning, blended learning and train the trainer.
- Implementing employee assessment tools and perform training needs analysis.
- Developing and coordinating programs to encourage cross training, knowledge exchange and collaboration between departments and locations.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:
- Extensive experience with Learning & Development, Talent Management and Engagement Strategies activities and initiatives
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills are essential, with experience of business partnering, working with employees of all levels and line management
- Passionate about Human Capital and Development
- Creative, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in spoken and written Business English; German language skills would be considered advantageous
