This role requires you to?
- Assure the highest service level and customer satisfaction to our customers.
- Answer our customer’s IT related queries to provide technical support for incoming issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve issues
- Walk customers through problem-solving process
What we are looking for in a candidate?
- Experience with Technical Customer Support is preferred, but not mandatory
- Fluent German speaker
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Interested in IT related topics
- Team player
- Interactive and communicative personality
- Readiness to work in a 24 x 7 environment (Shift operations), with compensation provided
