Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent w Lisbon, Portugalia
Position Description:
As part of the development strategy of the business of CGI in Portugal we are currently recruiting Service Desk Agents to join our Service Desk team in Lisbon.
Candidate Profile:
• Fluency in Danish;
• Fluency in additional language(s) (English);
• Experience in user support (helpdesk or call center);
• Knowledge of PC’s Operating System and standard software (Preferential);
• Knowledge of Hardware, Network Protocols, Microsoft Office, Anti-virus (Preferential);
• Knowledge of Troubleshooting problems in PC's, Printers, Windows OS, hardware, etc.
Benefits Package:
• Monthly Salary (850€ x14 months – gross salary);
• Meal Allowance (6,80€ per working day – net salary);
