Spanish Tier 1 Technical Support Advisor w Barcelona, Barcelona, Hiszpania
Our client, a leading IT company, is currently looking for Technical Support Advisors.
What will you do?
-Take incoming user requests (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts), log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer
-Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to Users
-Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system
-Collaborate with Working Supervisor on specific open queries ensuring no request is left unattended beyond SLA
-Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress
-Monitor / progress all open queries in queue
-Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level
-Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
-Provide cover for other First Line Agents in their absence
-To understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday, sickness and overtime forms in a timely and accurate manner
-To attend regular Team Meetings
-Respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned manager
-Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level
-Share knowledge with colleagues
-Proactively follow courses on e-learning platforms
-Investigate on possible solutions
-Support less experienced colleagues in team by joint working, monitoring, direct feedback and knowledge sharing
What do we offer you?
-Obra y Servicio contract
-Full time, 39 hours/week, rotative shift Monday - Sunday = 8 - 20h
-16.732,21 euros gross/year + up to 1.920 euros gross/year in bonus
